The Institute of Health Promotion Research at the University of British
Columbia (Vancouver) is looking to hire a highly-skilled researcher with
experience in doing health-database linkage work, the design of
evaluations, and quantitative statistical analyses. The creation,
maintenance and analysis of quantitative databases is of particular importance.

The required person must be able to function as a member of a collaborative
research team, while demonstrating initiative and an ability to work
independently. The position is associated with a substantial, multi-year
program of health-systems research. It may be filled as either a
grant-tenured faculty member or as a Research Associate, depending on
applicant's qualifications and experience. PhD-level candidates are
preferred but highly-skilled, Masters-level candidates may be considered.
