Several very good points have been made, among others, by Dennis Raphael,
Blake Poland and on a private basis by Eberhart Wentzel from Australia,
with copy to Blake (Eberhardt, why dont you post to the whole list your
comments on the use of the word lifestyles; I think they add a lot to the
discussion). I am ruminating over them and you should get the result of my
ruminations in a few days as it is a furious time of grants writing, course
preparation, launch of our WHO Collaborating Center on Healthy Cities, etc.
etc. I personally find this exchange extremely stimulating though: I got
more challenging questions in 2 weeks than in 3 years !
