Modem pool service interruption

There will be a service interruption affecting the following modem
pools only.

a) 3:1 low contention pool
b) Faculty of Education modem pool
c) ONTRAC modem pool
c) private modem pool

This service outage will occur between 06:00 AM and 08:00 AM on Wednesday May 29th.  CCIS will
convert these modem pools to the new TACACS system during this time.

The general access modem pools 736-5258/-6001 and -6002 will be unaffected.  Please contact the
HELPSDESK with questions or problems.
