You can get a Vitality information package for this collaborative
program developed jointly by Health Canada and Fitness Canada from:

     Nutritions Programs Unit
     Health Services and Promotions Branch
     Health Canada
     4th Floor  Jeanne Mance Building
     Ottawa Ontario   K1A 1B4    (613) 957-8331  Fax  (613) 990-7097

Contents include background paper, program questions and answers,
checklist for applying Vitality to what you do, logo sheet and cartoons,
reproducible article, consumer brochure and feedback form.

You can then follow up with further questions to the current contact
name.
