Has any Public Health Board developed a survey that has served to evaluate the usefulness of a publication regularly sent out to the physician audience? At Ottawa Public Health, we are looking to develop a survey that would accompany our next issue of the Ottawa Public Health Update (a publication sent out to physicians and health care professionals three times per year). I am curious to know as to the type of feedback that would have been received (ie. layout preferences, items/topics specifically requested, etc.)
Many thanks,
Joanne
