Hi, Joseph.  I, too, am interested to learn more about your project as it
relates to access issues among First Nations in NWO.  Although it does not
relate to developing social capital, the focus work done by TB and Public
Health in New York related to treatment completion for multi-drug resistant
TB cases during the later 1990's was culture- and language -specific with
the different ethnic groups who were affected.  Focus questions included
questions about accessing mainstream services, preferred sources and methods
