Hi Cindy:  I am nut sure if you work in public health or not.  Have you
thought of the Community or Public Health Nutritionist at your health
region??  Although generally understaffed this sort of thing usually fits
into the mandate of a Community or Public Health Nutritionist who is almost
always a Registered Dietitian.
