The e-mail delivery software, sendmail, will be upgraded on the CCS
e-mail servers at midnight Wednesday Sept 25. There will be a brief
interruption of e-mail delivery at that time and incoming/outgoing
messages will be queued and sent when service resumes.

The sendmail upgrade is neccessary to fix newly discovered
deficiencies in the existing version. The upgraded version has being
tested thouroughly and we do not anticipate any problems.  However, if you
encounter any e-mail delivery problems that appear to be related to this
upgrade, please contact the CCS Help Desk at extension 55800 or e-mail
