There will be a 15 min. outage to the backbone at 00:01 Sunday
Nov. 22, 1998. This will allow an upgrade to gigabit between the
two core switches.

During this period most or all network services on campus will be
unavailable.  This includes interruptions of access to E-mail, World
Wide Web access on and off campus, Novell access, dialup access and
other network related services.

We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.
