On Friday August 30, around 9:00 AM, CNS will be making major changes to
the IMAP and POP services. Hardware and software will be upgraded to
provide faster and more secure service, as well as to allow for future
enhancements. There will be no noticeable outage, but all new
connections after 9:00 AM will be to the new servers.

No other e-mail services will be affected.

If you encounter any problems reading your e-mail using any IMAP or
POP based email program after the upgrade, please report it to CNS
Help Services at extension 55800.
