There will be an EXTENDED service outage of the High-speed Network Disk File
Servers (toasters) that serve up user home directories and spool mail.

The outage is scheduled for Friday, April 18th from 8:00 PM to
3:00 PM on Saturday April 19th. During this time we will be performing
a major hardware upgrade on the toaster facility.

This will cause an EXTENDED service outage to the following services:

        o phoenix cluster
        o email
                o all interactive machines
                o pop/imap
        o Synchronize
        o Science machines
                o herzberg.sci and kelvin.eas
