The infoDev Public electronic mailing list -> infoDev-L
in conjunction with the infoDev program
        =======================================================

The Information for Development Program (infoDev) is a global, multilateral
donor program managed by the World Bank to help developing economies
fully benefit from modern information systems.

The infoDev-L electronic mailing list is a public discussion space,
designed for organizations, governments and individuals from around the world
to share ideas, knowledge and experience in the application and potential of
information technology in development. The list is ongoing, and the
topics limitless; we lay out a few preliminary questions below, but welcome
all to contribute further discussion topics.

The electronic mailing list operates in cooperation with the infoDev
Forum web site here at www.bellanet.org/partners/infodev/. The infoDev
Forum contains information about the infoDev Initiative and infoDev Projects.
For more information about the infoDev Program, see the World Bank site at
http://www.worldbank.org/html/fpd/infodev/infodev.html

Together, the infoDev Forum, and the infoDev-L electronic list will provide a
window on the infoDev Program and a venue for sharing knowledge from, about
and for the infoDev Program and ICT projects.

To subscribe to the list, see the instructions below.
