Subject: carver model

I am a board member of a major non-profit health organization. The board
has adapted the Carver Model for board of Governours. The board is at
the initial stages of learning the process. I am searching for
information related to early board training, examples of policies
particularly ends policies and ways other boards that have worked
through the early frustrations. Your help on this matter is greatly
appreciated.
