Hi Carmela ! This message is to update the informations
about the moving
exhibition planning. We had our third meeting last wednesday and reviewed
the budget all again and it seems that the budget will cover all our
expenses without a problem. So we are in the good direction for that. We
made contacts with six groups that will send us exhibition material
before the dead line fixed and are now certain to have enough material to
make this happen in time. I hope you recieved the last proposal and that
it answers all your questions but if there is anything missing, please
let me know. From my last talk with Marc Hyndman during the student task
group conference call it seemed all right. The organising comittee would
like to know if everything is OK and if we can be sure that this project
is funded. Could you let us know as soon as possible so that we could
make orders and agreements with the different companies and individuals
