Core Competencies Questionnaire for Organizations and Individuals
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
CSIH is currently carrying out a survey of Canadian core competencies in
international healthand development issues. The questionnaire regarding
organizational competencies has been sent out earlier this summer and has
been posted on our website (www.csih.org). A second questionnaire of
individual competencies will be sent out and posted on our website shortly.
This questionnaire will eventually replace our existing International
Health Human Resources Registry (IHHRR). Those who previously registered in
the IHHRR aree encouraged to resubmit and update their information for
entry into the new database. This database is currently under construction
and we expect it to be operational by late fall. The database will be used
to match employers with potential employees, as well as to identify
individuals wishing to participate in other ways. Further announcements
will be made on Synergy Online as this project progresses.
