There is an interesting book on "Sistemas de Salud en Proceso de
Reforma", written by Ana Rita Diaz Munoz, Monica Leucovich, Laura
Lima Quintana and Silvina Ramos, all from Argentina, anfd
publuished by PAHO/WHO.  It analyzes both the Canadian and the
US health care systems, among others, from a perspective of
Latino analysts.
