We    are    a   non-profit   organisation   of   health     care
professionals.  In  order to improve the care we provide  to  our
community  ,  we  have  started  India's  first  Health
Education Library for Patients , as described in the WHO journal,
WHO  Forum  .  One  of  our  priorities  is  patient  and  health
education,  since  we firmly believe that the best  patients  are
well informed patients, who can take care of their own health.

We are a 1000 square foot facility in the heart of Bombay
and a free access public service.

We have over 3000 books, 7000 brochures and videos and CD-ROMs on
consumer health.

We are pioneeri internet access in publib libraries in India.

We  look  forward to making good use of your help and guidance in
order  to  improve  the  care and  services  we  provide  to  our
community  !
