Hello Elizabeth -
I am working with three people from each of the Atlantic Provinces to
prepare a paper and workshop at the Canadian Public Health Association
Conference in Halifax  on July 7.  The Title - Moving Beyond Hope -
Consumers and Communities in Policy Development.   The Atlantic Region
Office of Health Canada brought us together to reflect on learnings from
four projects - Women Influencing Healthy Public Policy (Women's Network
PEI), Speaking for Ourselves (Canadian Mental Health Association - Nfld. -
they produced a Community Participation Manual and Power of Participation
video), Healthy People - Healthy Communities - Healthy Policy (Healthy
Communities Coalition N.B. - they produced a healthy community discussion
guide), and CLEAR (Canadian Mental Health Association - N.S.)

I would be interested in getting the summary of the results of your question.
