How to continue getting Synergy Online
------------------------------------------------------------------------
There has been a change to the recently announced distribution strategy
for Synergy Online. Effective January 15 Synergy Online will only be
distributed via the CANCHID listserver. If you currently receive this
publication via the HealthNet list or via our special individual account
distribution list you must subscribe to the CANCHID list in order to
continue receiving it.

We apologize to all those who sent subscription messages for the
previously announced dedicated distribution list, but feedback from
current readers and others, as well as an analysis of our readership
has lead to this change in plans.

To subscribe to CANCHID send an e-mail message from the address at which
you wish to receive mailings to [log in to unmask] with the words
SUB CANCHID followed by your full name in thebody of the message.

Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we
need to streamline the distribution process as well as eliminate the
current problem of overlapping lists.
