As part of a upcoming upgrade of the CCS Mail servers, printing services to
print queues defined on remote hosts will be centralized to a dedicated CCS
print server host. As a result, remote hosts which enforce printer access
restrictions should specify the following hosts to allow printing from the
CCS Mail servers:
trocaz.yorku.ca
printsrv.yorku.ca
At some point in the future only printsrv.yorku.ca will be required. However,
for migration purposes you should currently specify both hosts.
This message is aimed primarily at local computer administrators who manage
remote queues accessed via the CCS Mail servers.
