And the troubling question is, are they caused by "lifestyle" i.e. "it's
your fault and if you'll only follow my advice you can change it" or by the
"social setting" which makes the ability to resolve things radically
different for cultural communities and by social grade.

Hypokinetic diseases, such as coronary heart disease, diabetes,
hypertension, obesity, lower back pain, osteoporosis, and even cancer,
caused by sedentary lifestyle are the most serious issues we public health
are facing at the beginning of the new millennium.
