Hi there,
Simhealth is a bit different I thought. It is mainly dealing
with hospital medium. (resource, management etc.) I think it could be
useful (simcity 2000) if you put some additional scenarious. And also
there are some main programs for community development like "colonisation"
and versus of "civilisation".
