Many Z-Mail 4.0 pop users have notified CCS about poor z-mail
performance.  As a result, we have been able to determine that many PC
systems are setup incorrectly.  By using the following setup outlined
below, you will notice a significant improvement in performance.

Please confirm that your Z-Mail 4.0 pop user setup is as follows:

1.  Double click on the Z-Mail 4.0 icon (do not type in your password)
2.  Click on setup
3.  Click on Incoming Mail, the Mail Host should read:
        postoffice.yorku.ca
    If it says anything else, overtype with the correct information.
4.  Click on Outgoing Mail, the SMTP Host should read:
        mailrelay.yorku.ca
    If it says anything else, overtype with the correct information.
5.  Click on OK when completed.
6.  Type in your password to start your z-mail session.
