The secondary mailrelay server was refusing smtp connections between
18:47 and 19:17 on Wednesday July 17th. As a result users may have
experienced intermittent problems sending mail during the indicated
period. Both mailrelay servers were back to functioning normally.

The secondary mailrelay server was again refusing smtp connections
between 8:30am and 9:00am this morning, July 18, causing intermittent
problems sending mail (SMTP connection timeout errors). The service has
been restarted and the cause of the problem is being investigated.
