Time:  07:30 - 12:00hrs

On Friday Dec 3, we will be upgrading the server that transfers
updates from the Laptops @ York dbase on MAYA to the network
switches.  This upgrade will mean that any changes users
make to their Laptops @ York service info. via MAYA during
the server upgrade will not be transferred to the switches
until the server upgrade is completed at 12:00hrs.

This outage will only delay updates to the database.  All
other parts of Laptops @ York service will continue to
operate during the server upgrade.  In otherwords, if a user
has their Laptops @ York info. entered into MAYA before 7:30hrs
they will continue to use the service without interuption.  Any
user who modifies their Laptops @ York info. via MAYA during
the server upgrade will have to wait until 12:00hrs for those
changes to take affect.

Access to the network via Laptops @ York network drops will
continue uninterupted during the service outage.
