Hello to all members of the health promotion list serv,

        I  am looking for any current Canadian references, evaluations,
or resources that focus on implementation of citizen engagement
strategies, community building initiatives, or community- based
government applications as referenced in Gaebler and Osbourne,
McKnight,etc. I am also particularly interested if there has been any
evaluation of  these strategies as to their success and whether any
difference in success was noted or different strategies were used when
they were applied in suburban settings versus low income inner city
locals.
