I'm prepping a course entitled "Gender and Health". Can anyone recommend a
book/text that examines health issues and/or health promotion from a gender
perspective (preferrably examining both male and female health)?

A book that is accompanied with a testbank would be ideal! American content
is fine, I can adapt in lecture.

Many thanks,
Andrea Toepell
