Last week I salvaged Dennis Welland's _Life and Times of Mark
Twain_ from the bargain bin at a local bookstore, and was
intrigued by the four-page section at the end about MT
collectables.  There are photos of items from Nick
Karanovich's collection, which were exhibited recently at the
Lilly Library at Indiana University, Bloomington.

Can someone provide a full reference for the illustrated
catalogue of that exhibition?
