Thanks to all who answered my question on where to find "Rambling
Notes." And particular thanks to Kevin Bochysnki, who send me the
entire text. That IS being helpful!

If you're interested, "Rambling Notes" first appeared in four
installments in The Atlantic Monthly (Oct. 1877-Jan. 1878). Based on a
journey to Bermuda Twain made with Joe Twichell, the piece can be seen
as an anticipation of Twain's journey with "Harris" (Twichell) in A
TRAMP ABROAD.

Thanks again.
