Regarding the merits and titles of recent dictionaries of Mark Twain
quotations, you might want to look at AMERICAN LITERARY SCHOLARSHIP 1997,
ed. Gary Scharnhorst (Duke UP, 1999): 99-101, where they are compared and
evaluated.
