Does anyone out there know if the Health Canada Report regarding the
overhaul of drug laws was released yesterday?  I understand that it was to
be released yesterday and posted in a PDF format on the Health Canada
website.  Not there - last update there was Nov.23.  I would really like to
obtain a copy of the report as our local CBC Radio station is chasing us
for a comment regarding the implications/reccommendations of the report and
our needle exchange program.
