KINGSTON REGIONAL SELF-HELP CONFERENCE, TUESDAY, JUNE 19 


The Ontario Self-Help Network (OSHNET) and the Kingston CMHA are sponsoring
a one-day conference entitled Empowerment Through Self-Help. This is an
excellent chance for self-helpers, volunteers and professionals who work
with self-help, mutual aid and peer support to learn new skills, gain new
ideas and insights and network with their peers in the Kingston area.
Workshops include facilitation, keeping your group on track, communications
and stress management. Our regional conferences fill up very quickly, so
please register early.
