____________________________________________________________________________

HC Link (www.hclinkontario.ca) is currently seeking individuals to share
their knowledge and experience at our 2013 provincial conference being held
in Toronto on November 12 & 13. We invite expressions of interest as well as
suggestions for presenters working in the area of healthy communities.

HC Link’s biannual conference, Linking for Healthy Communities, is a chance
for people working in a variety of settings and sectors across the province
of Ontario to come together to learn and share experiences and strategies
for building healthy, sustainable and resilient communities.

The theme of the 2013 conference is Creating community change by engaging
our communities, working in partnership, and fostering environments and
conditions that support health.

The event will feature plenary presentations, small group sessions,
workshops, opportunities for sharing and networking. It is anticipated that
portions will be held in French to meet the specific needs of francophone
communities. Sessions will address three conference streams: community
engagement, environments and conditions to support healthy communities, and
policy work and development.

Download the flyer (PDF) for additional details in English and French
(including a link to the Presenter information and submission form):
