Those of you working in public health in Ontario may be amused to find that your
provincial chief officer
of health has been identified as being a "rebel doctor" by the Toronto Star.
Ok, he gutted the mandatory guidelines
and Ok, his annual reports have moved public health back 50 years
and ok, he sided with ther government to identify a "public health" crisis
during the city strike
and ok, he... but,
