We encourage researchers, practitioners, undergraduate and graduate students, policy-makers, and community members who work directly or indirectly within public health to participate in this conference. Health promotion and equity are both important cross-sectoral issues that require attention and action from public, private and non-profit organizations. A broad spectrum of conference participants is welcomed and will contribute to rich dialogue and collaborative learning. This is an excellent professional development and networking opportunity for all.

Conference presentations will focus on the five key action areas of the Ottawa Charter for Health Promotion in relation to the reduction of health inequities:
