PLEASE.  If you are going to reply to the survey contained in the latest
issues of SYNERGY ONLINE, PLEASE DO NOT send your answers to the CANCHID
list.  If you simply select 'reply' and then fill in the questionnaire,
your answers will be mailed to the entire list, not to the CSIH office.
Everytime someone post a questionnaire to a listserv, the members of the
list seem to get buried in mis-directed responses. Let's set a record and
keep this from happening here.  Thanks.
