I've written a couple of articles on this topic, one published earlier this
year in the Canadian Journal of Public Health, another scheduled for
September this year in Health Promotion International. The CPHA has also
passed a resolution on this issue, and corresponded with Canadian
politicians on the matter (particularly the MAI). There are, of course,
several books on the MAI that have come out recently, including
"Dismantling Democracy" published by the CCPA and Lorimer books.

Please let me know if you'd like more information on the CPHA's position on
the MAI. E-mail me directly on this: [log in to unmask]
