In reply to Shari Eason Ludlam for research support fortobacco prevention
messages for various age groups of children, I suggest "Growing Up
Tobacco-Free" from the American Institute of Medicine. National Academy
Press, ISBN number 0-306-05129-0, 1994. Cost is $24.95 U.S. This book
is the report of a committee of 14 people tasked to review the literature
on the prevention of nicotine dependence and to make policy
recommendations on the basis of that review. The committee included
well-known tobacco researchers, including Albert Bandura, Cheryl Perry
and Ellen Gritz.
