A profile of the Voluntary Sector Initiative has been posted on the
Voluntary Sector Initiative Web site (www.vsr-trsb.net).  I have attached
it for information and circulation.  In addition, the International Year of
Volunteers will be officially launched by Volunteer Canada on December 5th.
