I am an MPH candidate at the George Washington University School
of Public Health and Health Services.  I am doing a project to find out
health care providers' practices, knowledge and attitudes related to
emergency contraception (EC) provision and counseling.  I am also trying
to find out national (international?) norms about educating and training
physicians on EC and EC counseling.  Since I only have one year to do
this project, I was hoping to use pretested questionaire items instead of
making them up and testing them myself.  Does anybody out there have or
know of someone else that has questionnare items that I could use?
