I recently read an article on "Restructuring Public Health in Ontario:
Implications for Heart Health Promotion" (Canadian Journal of Public Health)
which refers to the recently revised (1997) "Mandatory Health Programs and
Services Guide".  Is this document still used and how could I get a copy?
