The main York Web server will be interrupted for about 15 minutes on Friday,
October 30 at 7:00am. The outage is needed for us to cutter to the latest
version of the operating system and web server software as part of York's
Year 2000 readiness project.

A second brief outage will be required to complete the cutter. The date and
time for this will be announced later.
