 Starting at 18:00 Hrs. on Saturday Nov. 7,1998 Network Operations  will
be upgrading the Stedman and Ross (North & Central Towers) to 10meg
switched ports. The network will be down in these locations until
approx. 02:00 a.m. Sunday Nov. 8,1998.
