Hi Sonia,

At the  WHO Collaborating Centre on Community Safety Promotion 
Karolinska Institutet , Department of Public Health Sciences with the address
http://www.ki.se/phs/wcc-csp/main.html    you might find something. They have a coordinating funciton wrold-wide of the community safety movement. Since early 1970s there has been a number of doctoral thesesabout injury prevention.
