PLEASE.  Stop sending requests to join the 'ihealth' list to the CANCHID
address.  The message as posted was INCORRECT in saying you should use the
'reply' option since the message was a re-posting of another message and
does not have the reply option set right.  Using 'reply' simply clutters
up CANCHID and does not get you singed up to the 'ihealth' list.
