JUST 7 DAYS TO ENTER TECHNOLOGY GAMES AT PREVENTION 99:
ONLY OPPORTUNITY TO SHOWCASE HEALTH INNOVATIONS IN 1999

PARTNERSHIPS FOR NETWORKED CONSUMER HEALTH INFORMATION
will offer its unique TECHNOLOGY GAMES at Prevention 99: Scientific,
Political,
and Social Priorities for the 21st Century, March 18 - 21,1999, in
Arlington, VA.

The Partnerships TECHNOLOGY GAMES offer a premier opportunity for
developers and vendors of interactive health communication applications
(e.g., health web sites, CD-ROMS, kiosks) to gain wide exposure and
recognition for their innovations. Experts, potential purchasers, and other
attendees are invited to "test drive" applications within the context of a
friendly, informal competition. This popular event is designed to encourage
development of high-quality applications while being both entertaining and
educational. Individuals, companies, universities, civic groups, non-profit
organizations, and Federal agencies are invited to enter.

At PREVENTION 99, TECHNOLOGY GAMES participants will reach an
expected 1,000 preventive medicine professionals with diverse backgrounds
in academia, clinical settings, industry, the military, managed care, and
federal,
state, and local agencies. This conference will focus on establishing
priorities
to meet the health care and health education challenges of the 21st Century.

TECHNOLOGY GAMES will help participants explore how communication
technology can support consumers and patients in a partner-based health
