Societal hierarchy and the health Olympics by Stephen Bezruchka
Canadian Medical Association Journal 2001;164(12):1701-3

http://www.cma.ca/cmaj/vol-164/issue-12/1701.asp

Despite my best efforts, this lucid article on why we are so much healthier in
Canada than the US has been ignored by all of the "health" ,"medical", and
"social policy" reporters in our major newspapers.

Please pass on the URL and take a look at it. By the way, the author, an ER
doctor and professor at the University of Washington, grew up on Danforth and
Pape in Toronto. He is also the best selling author of Trekking to Nepal!
