You may wish to try connecting on the web with:
- Canadian Public Health Association. They have a Position paper on
homelessness and health that discusses inadequate housing or relative
homelessness. Try a search on the title for the website
- The Canadian Mortgage and Housing Corporation published:
Healthy Housing: A Guide to A Sustainable Future. They have much more
information. I think their website # is http://www.cmhc-schl.gc.ca
- The City of Calgary has a comprehensive shelter
strategy.http:/www.gov.calgary.ab.ca
Also the City of Toronto has done alot of work towards shelter. A recent
task force # is http://www.uwgt.org/Anne/overview.htm

I hope this is helpful!
