2) DON'T BE A WOMAN. TRY TO BE WHITE. STAY YOUNG
>
Please smoke, drink and abuse legal substances as these actions fuel our economy
and contribute to the health of the global cooperations that own our country.
Besides if you are numb enough, our global policies won't distress you as much
as they normally do , when you are sober!

>2) DON'T HAVE POOR PARENTS
        2) DON'T HAVE ABUSIVE PARENTS

 2) DON'T HAVE SINGLE PARENTS

Eat foods that have been genetically altered now, so that we will know that long
terms affects in the future. Also, don't be too concerned about mass farm
production, food adulteration or environmental contamination as long as the
price of food remains within the grasp of most people
> 3 Keep physically active.
>3) OWN A CAR
4) STAY OUT OF POTENTIALLY VIOLENT SITUATIONS LIKE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE
>Join a moderate to low cost fitness centre, so that you can afford the wear and
gear deemed acceptable. Or better yet, buy a bike that is thief proof and walk
it around the block because you can't afford to "wear the gear". Or walk in
your neighborhood parks and trails where the neighborhood boy was raped and
continues to have nightmares (be prepared to shoulder the blame if something
happens to you, as no one with any sense would walk there, especially women,
children and elderly!)

>3) DON'T WORK IN A STRESSFUL, LOW PAID MANUAL JOB
>3) DON'T WORK IN A JOB THAT IS PREDOMINANTLY FEMALE
4) DON'T GET INTO ABUSIVE RELATIONSHIPS
Talk things through by e-mail or leave messages on voice mail becase you may
never see the person in question! Schedule in 6 hrs sleep because at the pace
you are going, its your only free time!

> 5 If you drink alcohol, do so in moderation.
>4) DON'T LIVE IN DAMP, LOW QUALITY HOUSING
4) DON'T BE IN A RELATIONSHIP WITH ANYONE WHO DRINKS

>6) BE ABLE TO AFFFORD TO GO ON A FOREIGN HOLIDAY AND SUNBATHE
6) BE ABLE TO AFFORD SUNSCREEN FOR YOUR CHILDREN
6) MAKE SURE YOU WEAR THE MOST REVEALING SWIMWEAR; THEN COVER IT UP
Just buy the right clothes and skin care protects for your family (if you can)
and trust that global warming and depletion of the ozone is being dealt with by
global multi-corporates and policy makers. Don't ask for products or take
actions that will reduce pollution as they may be more costly, less efficient and
definitely more inconvenient.

> 7 Practise safer sex.
>7) PRACTICE NOT LOSING YOUR JOB AND DON'T BECOME UNEMPLOYED
7) DON'T BE ECONOMICALLY DEPENDENT ON A SEXUAL PARTNER

> 8 Take up cancer screening opportunities.
>8) TAKE UP ALL BENEFITS YOU ARE ENTITLED TO, IF YOU ARE UNEMPLOYED,
>RETIRED OR SICK OR DISABLED.
9) MAKE SURE YOU AVOID EVERYTHING THAT CAUSES CANCER THIS WEEK. STAY ALERT
BECAUSE NEXT WEEK THERE WILL BE A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT LIST AND WHAT YOU
AVOIDED THIS WEEK WILL ACTUALLY PROTECT YOU AGAINST CANCER NEXT WEEK
Take up cancer screening if you dare. First of all, you have to make your
family doctor think its his idea for whatever test you may be concerned about
and then you can go on the waiting list for the test. If the results are
positive, you will be referred to a specialist and have your first appointment 6
months later, if you are lucky! Then you may be fortunate enough to have a
cancellation so that your condition can actually be treated before its too late!

>9) DON'T LIVE NEXT TO A BUSY MAJOR ROAD OR NEAR A POLLUTING FACTORY
9) WEAR CLOTHING THAT WILL MAKE IT CLEAR YOU DON'T WANT TO BE RAPED
>Road rage and dog dragging are the current trends for highway behavior.
Because the conditions are being professionally recognized, many people feel
they have a green light to come out of the closet and indulge in this type of
behavior in increasing numbers. Fortunately, many citizens intervene in the dog
dragging incidents- rage victims may not be so lucky!

>10) LEARN HOW TO FILL IN THE COMPLEX HOUSING BENEFIT/ ASYLUM
>APPLICATION FORMS BEFORE YOU BECOME HOMLESS AND DESTITUTE.

10) CONFORM TO SOCIETAL EXPECTATIONS FOR WOMEN, EG DON'T WEAR SANDALS
UNLESS YOU HAVE BEAUTIFUL FEET AND YOUR TOES ARE PAINTED
>- First of all our airways are over-crowded and air safety is being
compromised. Breathe if you can. Current air quality recommendations have
surfaced demonstrating what the individual can do, but what's being done at
higher levels? Circulation is one of the biggest problems- Have you seen the
number of tractor-trailers on the highway? Surely, alternate methods could be
used that are less harmful to the air quality!

Love the alternatives. Would like to see some that reflect gender, race,
