 The Internet Gateway Router has been experiencing lost packets the
 last few days. To address this issue NETOPS will be upgrading the
 micro code on the router. As a result on Wed. March 31,1999 there
 will be a 10 minute outage in accessing the internet between 07:00
 and 08:00 hours.
